I dont write many journals but I've felt the need to just put something down. This is my third account at deviant art. Im too much of a consistent person so every time I took on a new direction in art or progressed I felt the need to make a new account so it wouldn't get muddled up. I'm pretty glad I did decide to do this because now I can look back and not only see how my art has improved but also how I've changed. It makes me really appreciate how important just the odd drawing is to me.


This was My very first account. Going by my alias that I seemed to use for everythingg on the internet, still is my email haha. Its about 3 years old and makes me laugh, mainly because of what I state as being my favourite bands (Still love Alexisonfire!). Aswell as that at the time I was very much a gaming geek Poor drawings too! I remember just starting to use photoshop for art purposes and finding it really hard!


My second account and was my main one for quite some time. Id actually started to take in a lot of inspiration from other artists at this time. The quality of art was still really poor but I was learning a lot. Id also started to use ink more which is now my main and favourite medium to use.

I'm now finally on this account and I personally can see a massive! improvment. Ive definitely started to take art more seriously and although I dont plan on making a living from it I just love the way that progress shows so much and not only by the quality of the work but how the person has grown. Iv'e matured a lot since my last account and I think the work shows it. Ive experienced things I never had before, untapped feelings that I wouldn't of been able to interpret earlier on. Its just all a lot more personal to me and holds a lot of meaning. It's why I love to draw so much. Certain pieces will always mean a lot to me for what they mean.
